You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 15 days of receipt, excluding shipping charges. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process, and the credit usually appears on your account within 2 to 3 business days.
Return and Cancellation Policy

All returns and cancellations require prior authorization and are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.

Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective part, we will replace it. Our policy requires that the original part be returned using the provided shipping label. The cost of shipping for both the original and replacement parts is borne by the shipper.
If the original part is not returned within 15 days of the replacement delivery date, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the original part, excluding the initial shipping cost.

Warranty Policy
We provide standard warranties on engines, transmissions, and other major auto parts to ensure peace of mind.
- Standard Warranty: 90 days from delivery
- Extended Warranty: 6 months for $250, 1 year for $450
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not cover wear parts or accessories that may need replacement before installation. These commonly include nuts, bolts, links, seals, bushings, ball joints, brackets, bezels, wiring, cables, sensors, and similar items. Pressed-in parts like ball joints may be covered under warranty.
Please note that color cannot be guaranteed on any part sold. Repainting, refinishing, or reupholstering may be necessary to achieve a proper color match.
